Delivery information.
Dispatch and delivery times:
Under normal circumstances we aim to dispatch all orders for the nylon composite Delta ® tent pegs within 2 working days*. These are posted either by 2nd class Royal Mail or courier and we will advise of postal method and time scale upon order. We have a slight delay on orders at the moment but you should receive your parcel within a week and hopefully quicker.
Stainless steel orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually also within 2 working days however, as they are hand made/hand finished it is not always possible to adhere to this time frame but in all cases, we will advise dispatch times when goods are ordered.
On receipt of orders we will advise customers of the likely despatch date, please note, there may be a delay in response although we do try and respond within a few hours.
In all cases we advise that once posted, you should receive your goods within 7 working days but if this is not the case, do email us at info@deltagroundanchors.co.uk
* We only use recycled packing materials, some given by family and friends or other companies.
Orders from countries other than the UK:
Please be aware that since Brexit, many European customers are being charged local taxes.
If you make an order to be sent outside of the UK, a default postage charge is applied. We always refund postage charges if, when calculated, the price is less than that paid. We try and pay local taxes and duties in advance if possible.
We will try and advise on the best postage method for you and compare costs of carriers.
Please can customers from outside the UK provide a local telephone number when ordering as this is required by the courier companies. Thank you.
